The program is structured around four partner levels — Advisory, Foundation, Impact, and Strategic — so support scales from an initial gap assessment to full leadership-level program oversight.

SMG offers OSHA 10 and 30, lockout/tagout, confined space, fall protection, and site-specific training programs, with custom curricula built around your operation. Courses are available at the Safety Yard in central Indiana, live online, or on-site through our mobile training unit that travels directly to your jobsite or facility.
