LEADERSHIP TEAM

Travis joined Safety Management Group in June 2022 and has advanced through leadership roles from Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to Vice President of Finance and now Chief Financial Officer. Along the way, he has built the financial infrastructure to support SMG’s expanding service footprint, strengthened the integration of acquisition activities, and enhanced real-time decision-making through improved analytics and reporting. His work has helped to align SMG’s financial performance with its operational goals, giving the company greater agility to meet client needs and invest in new service innovations. 

Travis’s career spans more than 18 years across corporate finance, financial planning operations, and private equity-backed organizations. Before SMG, he served as Operations Controller for American Restoration Operations, Vice President of Finance and Operations at World Trade Center Indianapolis, and Financial Planning Program Director at the Indiana Office of Management and Budget. He began his career in banking working in the Asset Management division of JPMorgan Chase. 

Known for his analytical approach and innovative problem-solving, Travis leverages experience in finance, operations, performance management, and data analysis to design solutions that balance performance with responsible resource management to drive institutional growth.  

Travis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
