Morgan Hammon is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with more than seven years of experience in environmental health and safety across the utility, construction, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing sectors. As Manager of Assessments at Safety Management Group, she blends field-based hazard recognition with high-level planning and stakeholder engagement. She supports Clients in developing safety strategies, delivering OSHA-compliant training, and facilitating program assessments that drive both cultural and operational improvement. Her expertise spans safety policy development, incident investigations, stormwater program compliance, and contractor management, with a focus on building sustainable safety systems that create measurable results. 

Morgan is adept at leveraging technology to streamline operations, using platforms such as QHSE Connect, Microsoft Forms, and advanced project management tools. She has created reference guides, standard operating procedures, and resource hubs that make safety resources accessible and easy to use for both seasoned professionals and new team members. Her leadership in developing onboarding materials, field guides, and best practice documentation has accelerated training for new hires and ensured consistency across diverse projects. 

She has guided large-scale safety and assessment initiatives by creating safety communications for hundreds of contractors, integrating contractor management programs for more than 180 companies, and conducting corporate culture evaluations that inform performance improvement plans. Her planning and rollout of job hazard analyses, training logs, and safety process improvements have contributed directly to incident reduction and operational efficiency.
