Kevin Scholz joined Safety Management Group with over twenty years of experience in the construction, general industry, and service provider sectors, Kevin is a seasoned safety professional dedicated to driving operational excellence, workplace safety, and team engagement. Throughout his career, Kevin has demonstrated a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, implement effective safety programs, and cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
 

Kevin’s leadership style emphasizes proactive engagement, collaboration, and integrity. His extensive background includes managing project teams, developing safety initiatives that reduce incidents and increase compliance, and mentoring teams to achieve both organizational and personal growth objectives.

Known for his strategic thinking and hands-on approach, Kevin has contributed to improving safety performance and operational efficiency across multiple industries. As a Director of Client Engagement, Kevin’s passion lies in building strong relationships,  gaining trust, and creating proactive solutions for any organization looking to enhance their safety management system.

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Safety Management from Indiana State University and holds the credentials of Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) and Safety Management Professional (SMP) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP).
