LEADERSHIP TEAM

Bob Sheridan joined Safety Management Group in 2023 as the Director of IT Strategy and VERO. Bob is working across SMG departments to ensure technology decisions are supporting the company’s operations and growth plan. For the VERO product, Bob is leading a diverse team that operates the VERO software and safety processes, including development, implementation, support, and qualification advisors. Bob graduated with a BBA from Saint Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, IN and an MBA from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.

Prior to joining SMG, Bob was a Senior Technology Director for Lids, and Director of Product Management & Development for Batesville Casket. Bob and his wife Lisa have raised 3 grown children in Zionsville, where Bob is active in Saint Alphonsus Liguori Church and the Zionsville Century Club.
