Harvey Galberth serves as Executive Director of Client Engagement at Safety Management Group, leading strategic growth in the utility, power, and energy sectors. With more than 20 years of experience in the power industry, he works with utilities and energy companies to align SMG’s safety solutions — including ProSolutions, Insights, and EHS Technology — with operational goals and evolving risk profiles. 

Known as a trusted advisor to blue-chip clients, Harvey combines deep field knowledge with a proven track record in business development, strategic accounts, and technology integration. His approach blends on-site engagement with executive-level relationship building and customized planning to drive both safety performance and long-term value. 

Harvey’s technical foundation includes electrical systems training through the University of Wisconsin–Madison, along with certifications from IEEE and Reynolds. He is a regular presence at industry forums and thought leadership events, where he advocates for client-focused innovation in utility safety. 

Now based in Arizona, Harvey focuses on connecting organizations with the safety expertise and resources they need. From helping utilities in the Southwest navigate unique regional challenges to supporting a diverse national client base, he creates the right relationships, identifies the right solutions, and ensures clients have what they need to operate safely, efficiently, and confidently.
