Reginald Fields is a seasoned safety professional with over 30 years of experience leading safety and risk management programs across the construction and general industry sectors. Based in Indianapolis, he currently serves as an Account Manager at Safety Management Group, where he oversees a large-scale Contractor Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Program for a major pharmaceutical client. His work is rooted in a commitment to regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and fostering a culture of safety excellence.

Reginald’s career spans roles in both the private and public sectors, including leadership positions at CBRE and Citizens Energy Group. Throughout his professional journey, he has been recognized for his strategic leadership, deep regulatory knowledge (OSHA, EPA), and his ability to lead high-impact training, compliance, and auditing initiatives. He also brings strong capabilities in budgeting, process safety management (PSM), and contractor oversight.

A summa cum laude graduate of the Indiana Institute of Technology with a degree in Business Management, Reginald pairs his technical expertise with a strong foundation in leadership and organizational strategy.

Outside of his professional life, Reginald has been married to his wife, Rhonda, for over 30 years and is a proud father of three. He is deeply involved in his community, serving in multiple leadership roles at Believers in Christ Church in Indianapolis, where he contributes to education, governance, and financial stewardship.
