Jessica Bowden has been a dedicated member of Safety Management Group’s Operations team for more than 14 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role, supporting both the company’s team members and its mission of creating safer workplaces. 

Jessica earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Indiana University, building a strong foundation in organizational leadership and people-focused practices. She holds the SHRM-CP and PHR certifications, reflecting her commitment to advancing HR excellence and staying current with best practices in the field. 

Known for her approachable style and focus on cultivating a positive workplace culture, Jessica plays a key role in employee engagement, development, and retention at Safety Management Group. 

Outside of work, Jessica lives in Indianapolis with her husband, their two children—a daughter and a son—and two cats. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, reading, and staying active.
