LEADERSHIP TEAM

Randy Gieseking was named the President of Safety Management Group in January 2015 and prior to this he served as the Vice President of Safety Services. In this role, Randy provides leadership and support for our safety service teams, which includes 8 Team Managers and over 100 safety professionals. Prior to becoming Vice President of Services, he served as the Service Team Manager for the Owner Services Team at a global pharmaceutical company and our Health Services Team at IU Health.

Following graduation, Randy was a safety consultant for Heritage Group Safety Services (Indianapolis), served as the Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator for Reynolds Aluminum (Auburn) and later became the Regional Environmental Health and Safety Manager for Reynolds Auburn and Lebanon (VA) facilities.
