This course will provide participants with thorough training in proper safety system design, rescue, and set up for suspension scaffold systems. The Suspension Scaffold Safety at Height certification course for the construction industry is a basic work at
height course for individuals that work at height on suspension scaffolds. No previous experience is required; however, an appropriate physical and mental aptitude for working at height is necessary. Participants will be asked to perform strenuous to
moderate activities. Candidates will be required to sign a Statement of Medical Condition confirming the absence of known medical conditions that might preclude their ability to safely work at height.

Classes cannot exceed 6:1 ratio of student to instructor. Additional instructors may be available upon request for larger classes.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate of completion and documentation of training letter for recordkeeping purposes.
Note: This course does not address the setup and design of a suspension scaffold system. It is only intended to cover fall protection plans and rescue scenario training of working at height on suspension scaffolding. All candidates must successfully complete a written test and field evaluation prior to earning a certification.
Safety Management Group’s Suspension Scaffold Safety at Height Courses are priced at $400 per person.
