Customer Service Triumphs — October, 2017

Several Safety Management Group associates were recognized for customer service triumphs during the month of October. Here’s a recap of the associates and the actions they undertook to receive tremendous feedback from their clients:

Latoya Johnson was recognized for a CST on October 2nd.

Safety Management Group recently participated in JobSpark, a local philanthropic event geared towards helping young students find their career path. Latoya did an excellent job in organizing Safety Management Group’s involvement, and getting all volunteers ready and informed.

The JobSpark Co-Chair said, “While we had a lot of great help with all our experiences throughout the career cluster, LaToya was extremely proactive and she came up to speed very quickly. Her communication and just as important her follow through is very much appreciated. Your career cluster, Safety Experience, was very well designed and well executed. It was a joy to work with her and the whole SMG team. We are looking forward to JobSpark 2018!”

Shawn Magnetti was recognized for a CST on October 11th.

Shawn has been working on a project overseeing transmission line pole foundation and pole installation for a local utility company. The Engineer on the project, who is new to utilizing our safety monitoring services has been very impressed with Shawn and says, “he is doing a great job!”

Josh Swisher was recognized for a CST on October 11th.

Josh recently provided Fall Protection training for a local mechanical contractor and received some great feedback from the group. The guys enjoyed Josh’s enthusiasm and really like that he had field experience and could relate with them.

Nice job Josh!

 

Justin Haddon was recognized for a CST on October 11th.

Justin was supporting his client in a recent audit, and received positive feedback from the client Director that he “did a great job representing the client’s contractor safety processes and providing the credible evidence needed to support their recertification process.”

Great Job Justin!
