Customer Service Triumphs — November, 2017
Several Safety Management Group associates were recognized for customer service triumphs during the month of November. Here’s a recap of the associates and the actions they undertook to receive tremendous feedback from their clients:
Luke Brigance was recognized for a CST on November 1st.
Luke supports a large utility company in Ohio, working closely with a client Construction Representative in the region who has had several concerns with a particular contractor. The Construction Rep. mentioned how appreciative he is of Luke’s efforts in coaching the contractor and being a continuous resource to help the team overcome their downfalls and be successful. He also mentioned how “refreshing” it is to have such a hard worker each and every day and that Luke has been a “remarkable” Safety Professional.
Outstanding job Luke!
Gary Gokey was recognized for a CST on November 22nd.
Gary recently taught an OSHA 30hr class and 3 participants went out of their way to mention Gary and how well of a job he did providing training. It is this kind of feedback that strengthens our relationship with the client.
Great job Gary!
Josh Swisher was recognized for a CST on November 22nd.
Josh recently taught a fall protection class for a customer in Northern IN on behalf of one of our clients. Josh exceeded the customer’s expectations which also reflected very well on the client for referring us. The customer stated, “Josh kept the men involved during the training and covered fall protection through the eyes of a steel erector.”
Nice work Josh!
Steve Jarvis was recognized for a CST on November 27th.
We have been working with a large contracting firm for many years, and Steve has done a great job providing safety support on one of their recent projects. The Safety Director was very impressed with Steve’s ability to be flexible and handle anything thrown his way, good or bad. They appreciated his service and would like to have him back on future projects.
Thank you, Steve!
Cheryl Miles was recognized for a CST on November 28th.
Cheryl was recognized for her outstanding work supporting one of our clients on a project in Atlanta. Cheryl was sent down to Atlanta in the middle of a project with some difficult circumstances. She quickly adapted to the project and made it successful for Safety Management Group.
Thanks for your exceptional customer service, Cheryl!
Matt Davis was recognized for a CST on November 29th.
Matt has been providing field support for a long-standing client since he was hired and he plays a big part in our continued relationship. Matt is currently providing support for our client at an automotive manufacturing facility in Georgetown, KY and they “cannot say enough how beneficial it has been having Matt on our team.”
Congratulations to all Safety Management Group associates for all the valuable services and safety leadership they provide to their clients.
