Customer Service Triumphs, January, 2017

February 3, 2017 – Several Safety Management Group associates were recognized for customer service triumphs during the previous month. Here’s a recap of the associates and the actions they undertook to receive tremendous feedback from their clients:

Josh Swisher and Rod Smith were recognized for a CST on January 13th

Josh and Rod recently went to Bedford, IN to perform General awareness training, T & E training and CPR/First aid training for a new client. The owner called to report how well the training went. She stated that her folks were still talking about how good it was.

It is this kind of work performance that gets us return business! She also was calling to schedule another round of training in the future.

Congratulations to Josh and Rod on their combined success!

Ryan Dobbins was recognized for a CST on January 23rd

The Managing Director of the utility client Ryan supports called on Ryan for help with a presentation needed for Monday morning, “Sent this to Ryan last night at 8:46 PM after struggling for over an hour with it. 15 minutes later, it is fixed and returned. He is definitely a keeper!”

Ryan’s quick response and willingness to help on a last-minute assignment is going above and beyond. Great job Ryan!

Carmen McCormick, Sarah Knight, Justin Haddon, Scott Howard, Matt Martin, Alison Montgomery, and LaToya Johnson were recognized for a CST on January 23rd.

Although these folks all serve the same client, their hard work has been recognized by the many different people and areas they support.

Carmen, Sarah, Justin, Scott, Matt, and Alison were nominated for a CST as they all received end of the year recognition for support they provided on different initiatives throughout the year.

LaToya was nominated by her client contact for the business area she supports. LaToya stepped into an existing role and has continued to provide a high level of service.

Congratulations and thank you all for your dedication and success!

Cheryl Miles was nominated for a CST on January 27th

Cheryl was nominated for safety coverage she provided, and although it was only for a short period of time, she made a lasting impression with the team. The client Safety Manager reported, “At my site visit today, feedback from the team here was very positive. They said that Cheryl Miles did an outstanding job here even if it was only 4 days. She hit the ground running and was very receptive to all requests.”
