Customer Service Triumphs — February, 2018

Several Safety Management Group associates were recognized for customer service triumphs during the month of February. Here’s a recap of the associates and the actions they undertook to receive tremendous feedback from their clients:

 

Shervon Coleman was recognized for a CST on 2/2/18

Shervon provides support to one of our utility clients and has helped with countless requests over the past several months including preparing presentations, data compilation, managing contractor orientation records, safety hand books, etc. – the list goes on.

Shervon’s support is greatly appreciated from our client and Advisors. She’s definitely putting her stamp on the contractor safety program.

Ron Eastham and Shane Jardine were recognized for a CST on 2/15/18

Ron and Shane both transferred from supporting a client in the healthcare industry to taking on a utility client based out of Illinois. They had to quickly build their skillset to learn the ins and outs of Electrical Distribution and Transmission from a compliance and application standpoint. In short, the client complimented both Ron and Shane on their coaching approach and overall impact they’re making with the crews.

One story that was shared by their Senior Leader was a direct reflection of Shane’s interaction and persistence with a crew that resulted in the prevention of a serious injury and quite possible a fatality.

Congratulations to Ron and Shane for getting out of their comfort zones, learning a new industry and for the great representation of Safety Management Group!
