Customer Service Triumph — April, 2018
Several Safety Management Group associates were recognized for customer service triumphs during the month of April. Here’s a recap of the associates and the actions they undertook to receive tremendous feedback from their clients:
Mike Sebring was recognized for a CST on 4/12/18
Mike was originally contracted for 20 hours a week providing safety oversight at a local plant and because of his performance, he’s made he has been able to extend his time there working with the client and their Contractors to improve their safety efforts. A long-term operator at the plant said, “any safety questions or concerns he has are consistently performed in a professional manner to myself and Contractors in my area. Mike has also included me in things that involve my certification requirements. In short, I’ve said it in many morning meetings – Thanks Mike!”
Thank you! Keep up the good work Mike!
Jennifer Jacobi was recognized for a CST on 4/16/18
Jennifer is one of Safety Management Group’s Recruiters and always does an outstanding job to find and fill candidates for clients. In recent weeks, Jennifer has been tasked with finding candidates for two different clients with specific requirements, and she has gone above and beyond to fill these roles. She continued to be persistent while working through short notices, delayed responses and lost candidates. Her efforts have been a great support to the Safety Management Group Account Managers as well as our clients.
Great job Jennifer!
Meg Lefferdink was recognized for a CST on 4/20/18
Meg has been providing safety oversight for a construction company working in Coopersville, MI and has done an excellent job in making the project a success with her approach and dedication to safety.
The Project Engineer said, “I cannot overstate the fact that Meg was an essential part of our project team. Meg developed a great rapport with the tradesmen onsite, building lasting relationships with them and truly impacting our overall safety culture. She is exceptional when it comes to dealing with difficult tradesmen and situations. Meg is professional, organized, and effective, but most importantly she is personable. I feel that her ability to engage the tradesmen on an individual level is what truly makes her uniquely successful at her role.
We look forward to working with Meg on future endeavors.
Please extend our gratitude to her and your company as a whole for all of the assistance in a successful project.”
Outstanding job Meg!

Luke is the face of safety on these job sites. The work he does allows the Project Management and Construction Management to give their 100% support.”
